AUTEL MaxiIM IM608 Program 2005 Mercedes C240 All Keys Lost

Today, we have a 2005 Mercedes-Benz C240 we made a key with Autel IM608 for this in the past, but the key got lost. We had the password so we were able to generate a new key for them easily.

 

Step 1. Read EIS data

Mercedes-Benz>>Manual selection>>C>>2003-2005, Press OK to confirm the vehicle information

In Main menu, select Control unit>>EIS Tools>>Read EIS Data>>OBD>> On vehicle >>auto scan

EIS information : current EIS PEY: W2009/2006-,OK w209 okay

Actually already did it key number 6, we’re gonna click OK to

Step 2. Save EIS data

File saved path: Scan/USERDATA/vehicleimmo/benz/FILES/EIS-and EEPROM/EISDATA/20210903-EIS-WDBRF61JX5F680721-01.bin

 

 

Step 3. load  EIS data file & generate key file

Then press ESC back to the control menu,select Key>>IR>>generate key file

Note:Please load the corresponding lock EIS data file first

Select file: EISDATA>>20210903-EIS-WDBRF61JX5F680721-01.bin ,then press OK to continue

Information now it asks you for your 16 digit password,we have that password because we already did this vehicle so we put it inside

Select key number 5

Step 4.Write BE Key 

Back to Key menu, select Write BE Key file>>

IM608 told us: please insert the third-party blank key into the infrared keyhole on the programmer. (X400 Programmer)
