Hey, what is going on, guys? Today I’m going to show how programming tire sensors on 2010 Nissan Sentra using the Autel MX-Sensor, this is newest Autel tire sensor to use, it applies for either US models or European Models, because it has 315MHz (for US model) and 433MHz frequency ( for the other side of the world). The newest Autel MX-Sensor has the ability to be programmed on both frequencies.
To program these sensors, you’re gonna need a tool like this: Autel MaxiTPMS TS508.
This car has a sensor bad so I already changed it. This sensor comes in blank, put it in the slot to scan it: Quick mode >> Nissan >> Sentra >> 09/2006-05/2016(315 MHz)(B16)
Program sensor >> Auto create 1-16 sensors, it tells the sensor must be outside of tire.
The sensor detected, Continue >> Programming >> An ID was created, “OK”
Exit to scan the sensor: N button >> Scan All Sensors, done!
Once the sensor is programmed, you should put it in the tire. Then read its ID via Autel MaxiSys Elite:
Diagnosis >> Control Unit >> BCM >> Air Pressure Monitor >> Live Data
As you seen, the ID here and tire pressures, but they are not activated.
So return to Special functions >> ID read >> Check if the ID was matched each tire, if not, assign to CORRECT tire.
Return back to ID Regist >> OK >> Start
Now I am going to activate each one with AutelTS508 tool, put it near the sensor, scan it after hearing beep.
The screen tells “Done”, follow same operation for other tires until all “Done”.
Now let me check all the lights, there is no more warning lights, successful!
Autel MX-Sensor has the ability to be programmed on different frequencies, it is really cheap and last for a long time I will recommend.
