Autel MK808BT Solved 2010 Audi A6 “Service due!” Issue

There is a “Service due!” message on 2010 Audi A6 dashboard. It’s a C6 generation with 2 liter TDI. I’ve just done the oil change and reset oil interval on the car. So following I’m going to use Autel MaxiCOM MK808BT scan tool to solve the problem.

Plug MaxiVCI Mini into OBD port, press

Service >> Oil reset >> VIN >> Auto detect >> Select correct car model >> Auto oil reset

It’s quite fast. I believe that should have done.

 

Let me turn off and on the ignition.

The warning message has gone.
