Hello there, my Autel MaxiIM IM608 Scan Tool popped up on-screen “Unfortunately, Exchange Services has stopped.” when loading to update. What’s the reason? Please help me!
Find out “Email” application in-app info, long-press it, then clear the cache. This solution may apply to most Autel Diagnostic Scanners in the same case.

I can re-update the software now.
